KOMMERLING timberlook UPVC windows

Timberlook is a stylish PVC-u Profile which replicates the traditional design of high quality timber frames and is extruded in Germany by Kommerling, which also has low sight line gaskets making them much more attractive than the average window.

Kommerling use calcium/zinc stabilisers combined with chlorinated polyethylene PVC-c instead of lead stabilisers combined with acrylic PVC-u which is used throughout the PVC-u window industry. Calcium/zinc is environmentally more friendly in addition to having better performance than lead based stabilisers, giving the colour a greater life span.

Aluminium windows

Our aluminium window range includes casement (top/side hung, fixed lights and any combination of these), tilt and turn, hopper, tilt and slide, projecting, fully reversible, pivot (horizontal or vertical), sliding and heavy duty. Windows are available externally or internally beaded, open-in/open-out, with polyamide thermal barrier or as an aluminium/PVC-U composite frame for high performance thermal efficiency. High security glazing, shoot-bolt locking, dual colour options, excellent weather performance (BS6375 pts 1 & 2), compliance with BS7950 and a choice of ovolo, chamfered or square main profiles, are just some of the many special features or our window system.
